Ride for Open Space: Oct 5, 2025

Save the date: October 5, 2025.

You are invited to spend a beautiful day riding the landscape of the Wyndham Land Trust preserves. This seven-mile trail ride will take you through land acquired by Wyndham Land Trust to protect wildlife habitat, wetlands, and open spaces, allowing everyone to experience natural wonders well into the future.

Ride Day Details

A $75 registration fee is due per registration and includes lunch provided by The Rolling Tomato.
The Ride for Open Space location: 65 Cabbage Hill Rd, Woodstock, CT. Get directions.
The Ride is held rain or shine. Ride Day Earliest arrival is 8:00 am.
Riders start the course between 8:30 am and 10:30 am.
Riders must provide current equine Coggins and Rabies documentation.
Helmets (ASTM/SEI approved) are mandatory for all riders.
Heels are mandatory for all riders.
Riders 17 years of age and under must ride with an adult.
Lunch is served Noon to 2 pm.

Register early to reserve your spot for a beautiful day riding through the Wyndham Land Trust preserves. Land that can be enjoyed by all, in perpetuity. One hundred percent of the registration fee goes directly to the Windham Land Trust to further their mission to preserve open space in Wyndham County.
