Tucker Preserve

This 93.4-acre preserve is interesting in terms of its geology and geomorphology as well as for its plant and animal life. Significant portions are under cultivation. The preserve’s most striking feature is a line of exposed ledge running north-south. It has been suggested that the line of exposed ledge is related to the Lake Charr fault, but this has not been verified. Ferns are abundant at this site.
